Reflexology Treatments

Clients benefit from weekly Reflexology sessions lasting between 4 to 6 weeks. It's however advisable for people with chronic conditions to receive treatments for a longer period in order to achieve more significant and longer lasting results. Some clients like to visit once a month to maintain the results and keep the body and its systems balanced and boosted.

Foot Reflexology

On the first session, I will complete a full health consultation and questionnaire which usually takes 20-30 minutes. The treatment will then be tailored accordingly. Once this assessment has taken place I will cleanse and ‘read’ your feet. Reading your feet often provides additional health and lifestyle information. The feet are read at the start of each subsequent session along with a short health check and update as required.

You'll recline in a comfortable chair, with feet elevated and supported throughout the treatment. It is helpful if you wear warm and comfortable clothes to maximise on the relaxation time. The treatments start and end with a foot massage.

Foot Reflexology is suitable for most people, of all ages including babies.

Facial Reflexology

Like the feet, the face is a mirror image and map of the reflexes of the body. Facial Reflexology has many benefits from working not just the reflexes on the face but also stimulating muscle and anatomical structures which when pressed can impact the body.

Whilst the focus is on health and well-being the added bonus is that the skin texture and appearance of frown lines and wrinkles can reduce or disappear entirely. Many case studies have shown improvements in facial tone and appearance as well as conditions such as migraine, sinus and hay fever symptoms, bruxism and bells palsy.

Facial Reflexology is suitable for all adults.

Menopause: Facial Hand and Foot Reflexology

Menopause Reflexology is a powerful treatment aimed at freeing energies along the longitudinal zones from the face and hands to the feet, that focuses on key reflexes for common menopausal symptoms supported with a rationale in a unique and effective way that supports energy flow, along with the benefits of Reflexology.

The focus of the treatment will aim to reduce symptoms on a physical, emotional and energetic level. A twelve-session programme over 3-12 months is ideal and is carefully tailored to each client.
